You are requesting to permanently delete your Bebetick account and all associated data managed by ONROOM Inc.. Please read the following terms regarding our data erasure policy:
1. Immediate Service Suspension
Upon confirming your deletion request, your active subscription will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to the Application's premium features.
2. 30-Day Soft-Delete Retention (Recovery Window)
In compliance with Canada's PIPEDA and South Korea's PIPA, your data will not be instantly vaporized. To prevent accidental loss or malicious deletion, ONROOM Inc. securely retains your account metadata and child health logs in an encrypted "soft-deleted" state for exactly thirty (30) days from the date of this request. During this 30-day window, you may restore your account by contacting [email protected].
3. Permanent and Irreversible Purging
If you do not request restoration within thirty (30) days, ONROOM Inc.'s automated database systems will permanently and irreversibly delete or completely anonymize all database entries, storage buckets (including photos), and third-party backups associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.
