1. Merchant of Record Identity

2. Itemized Pricing, Billing Frequencies, and Taxes
- Base Subscription Fee: the price shown at checkout per billing period.
- Applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (Ontario HST 13%): calculated and shown at checkout.
- Total Recurring Price per Billing Cycle: the total price shown at checkout.
- Currency of Transaction: All prices are strictly stated in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
3. Automatic Renewal Terms
By clicking the "Authorize Purchase & Subscribe" button below, you grant your express, advance authorization for ONROOM Inc. to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle. Your registered credit card or payment method on file will be automatically charged the then-current standard rate plus Ontario HST on a recurring, indefinite basis until you cancel.
4. Immediate Cancellation and Unconditional Opt-Out Rights
You hold the right to cancel your active subscription at any time without any termination penalties. You may instantly cancel your automatic renewal by navigating to "Account Settings" > "Manage Billing Portal" within the Application, which connects you to your secure Stripe billing profile, or by emailing us directly. Upon cancellation, automatic renewals will cease, and you will retain premium access for the remainder of your currently pre-paid billing term.
